Bella just started laughing hysterically. "Sorry, sorry!" She covered her mouth to keep from laughing anymore. "I just....wow." Bella stared laughing all over again. "Daniel hit a bingo."
"I hit a bingo?!?" Daniel grinned. "BINGO!!!"
"Mm-hmm." Bella said.

"Oh please. I've died plenty of times." Bella waved a hand. "I'd love to see her expression when she actually got proof that I'm Maddie." Bella did a creepy smile, which made Daniel squirm. How did Bella do that?

Bella didn't react to the cut. "I don't know. She's really mad at me for some reason. Actually, I kind of suspected it."
Daniel stared. "Tell me!! How do you stay that calm?! It's killing me!!" He exclaimed.
"Mm, cause I got nothing to lose. Pretty obvious, am I right?" Bella would've laughed, but Annabeth's sword hurt to much to laugh.

Daniel shrugged. "I don't know. Maddie seems like she got this."
"If you want me not to be calm..." Bella said. "I can get mad."
She closed her eyes, and when she opened them they were white. The grass around her shriveled and died. The creases of the earth began opening, and monsters clawed to get out.
"I thought you guys would've preferred me being calm." Bella said. "But, you know."

Annabeth looked angrier than ever. Her sword made the cut on her neck deeper and deeper.

The cut on Maddie's neck was bleeding badly, and she felt like she was going to die. Whatever, Maddie thought. I'm just going to be me. I'm going to be insane, violent, and not able to be handled until I get what I want. And what I want is to prove to the world is that I'm going to be okay. Maddie made a horrible screeching sound, which made the earth shake so hard Daniel fell down.

Daniel didn't say anything. He watched intensely. He knew Maddie would be okay. He just knew it.
"Maybe I am the devil." Maddie said. "But I'm a pretty darn good one." She reached into her pocket, and stabbed Annabeth in the arm with her knife.

Maddie kicked Annabeth off her. She stood up, and clutched her throat. Her hair was blonde, her eyes were green, her skin was tan, and her expression was crazy. "And now," She said. "Is when I disappear without a trace." And just like magic, Maddie disappeared into dust.
