"Hello! Today is a beautiful day, isn't it?" The red one said.
"Yeah!" The pink one said.
"Until I STAB YOU IN THE BACK AND BETRAY YOU!" The red one suddenly yelled.
The pink one screamed as the red one stabbed it in the back, laughing. Maddie stared. "Okay, so maybe you didn't get over it." She muttered.

Al cocked his head, wondering what silly demigods could come up with as excuses. He sat down, as a sign he was going to listen.
Maddie dropped her decapitated and stabbed pink teddy bear on the floor. An Aphrodite girl looked up at her. "You okay? You seem a little....off."
Maddie began to cry and told her the story.

The girl patted her shoulder. "There, there. It was probably because of the Rite of Passage. Plus, Silena went with Beckendorf, and you know how that turned out. Aphrodite girls just....have bad luck with Hephaestus boys."
Maddie frowned. ".....Really?" She sniffed.
"Sure. It wasn't you're fault." The girl said.

Al tried nudging on Maddie's window, but apparently Maddie didn't ever have a poster that said 'Violence resolves nothing,' because a knife crashed through. At least she moved from stage three of Maddie-sadness to stage four. Al just went back into the forest, and disappeared through the trees.
