Leo waited patiently, worried about Dan. After what seemed like forever, Damasen came back into the room, and said, "He's as he can be right now."
"What do you mean?" Leo frowned.
"Something is restricting his breathing, and that combined with poisoning isn't good."

Charlie stand down in a chair, but continued to bounce his foot and fidget. Somehow, he didn't seem nervous - like he was just moving for the fun of it.
