Celeste hugged Annabeth back. "It's okay," she murmured, hoping Annabeth heard her.
"I think the gods are mad at us!" Maddie said.
"You think?!" Willow scowled.

"I don't know! They always seem to be mad at us!" Maddie said, frowning. "We have to get to a shelter, fast!"
Celeste still kept one of her arms wrapped around Annabeth, and said/shouted, "I think I see some sort of cabin in the distance!"

"Then let's go to it!" Willow said urgently. Maddie and Celeste started running towards it, and after a while, they were at the door. Before Maddie could worry about that someone was in it, she swung the door open. Luckily, it looked deserted.

Maddie nodded, and started searching the cabin. She found a bathroom, and was disappointed that there wasn't any fresh clothes-she was sure none of them would fit her, anyway-but there were plenty of towels. She grabbed all she could carry and sprawled them out on the floor. Celeste started drying her hair, but Maddie knew if she tried to dry hers it'd turn into a frizzy mess, so she just quickly took off her shirt and pants and wrapped a towel around herself, shivering.

Annabeth seemed to be okay with being soaking wet, and she didn't grab a towel.
Leo watched Maddie, blushing hard until his nose caught fire.

Maddie smiled tiredly, and even in the dim lighting it looked like she had gray streaks in her hair.
"I love you too," Celeste murmured. "Go to sleep, Annabeth."

"Good. You need to rest," Celeste said.

Annabeth kissed Celeste one last time, and she curled up on a bed. She began snoring loudly enough to make it difficult for anyone else to sleep.

Celeste smiled, not minding Annabeth's snoring, and fell asleep soon.
