Maddie got shocked back to consciousness. But she wasn't done screaming. "HE HAS A FREAKING PHONE!!! AHH!!!!!" Maddie screamed. She rammed her head into the wall repetitive times, screaming loudly.

Maddie ran to her favorite big tree. "Al!!" She screamed.
A guy popped out. "Hiya!"
"AAHH!!! AH!!! AH-AH-AH-AHH!!!!" Maddie screamed, taking out her knife and chasing the guy.
The guy screamed and ran away.

"Yeah!!! HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT?!?!" Maddie yelled. Her face was red with anger. "GET OUT!!!"
The creases of the earth shattered, and opened with a lurch. Monsters began clawing out. The guy smartly took a hint, and began to run.

Maddie just went back to camp alone. She was boiling mad, but instead of more monsters coming out, everything she touched withered and died. She sighed. She stared at the black and dead grass that she walked on. She stopped before she got to camp, and turned back. She walked to the lake and jumped in it. I'm not going back yet, she thought.

Percy came out of the cave and walked around in the woods. He heard some footsteps, but he ignored them. He walked around, becoming bored. He heard a crackling sound, and he looked around. He saw a tree falling over, and everything went black.

Maddie laid on her back in the river. It was hot outside with summer approaching, but the river was cold. She dove underwater, at the bottom of the lake. She sighed, if that's possible to do underwater. She saw a jewel. She frowned, and swam down to pick it up. She felt herself being weighed down, so she took off her jacket. She wanted to examine the jewel.

Percy woke up, and he found himself trapped under the tree. He roared loudly, and clawed at the ground, trying to free himself. Once again, everything went black.

The whole world felt shut off from Maddie. Maddie felt kind of uncomfortable just swimming around with short sleeves, because she had a long scar across her arm that was pretty gross, so she usually covered it. The story how she got it was pretty nasty, but she wasn't paying attention right now. She kept staring at the jewel. She picked it up.

Leo heard the roaring, and he ran into the woods. He saw the fallen tree, and he ran to it, finding it interesting. He gasped when he saw Percy trapped under it... but not only was it Percy, he wasn't a bear anymore. He looked exactly like he did before he was a bear. Tattered clothes, wounds, and pale skin. He now had a scar over his eye.
Leo ran to the lake, knowing Maddie was there. "Maddie!!!"

Maddie couldn't hear Leo. The jewel ignited into a bright light. Maddie frowned. "What the-"
There was a colossal boom and a splash, and Maddie felt wind rocketed in her ears at the speed of light. She was up so high she wondered if Olympus was yelling at her to come down. But then she wondered: 'Am I really that high? Or am I just imagining all of this?' and just like that, she was back in the lake, almost out of breath. Did she imagine all of that? Or did it really happen? She stared down at the jewel.

Maddie looked down at it again. It ignited in a bright light again, then this time she was at camp, sitting next to the fire. Everyone was talking, except her. She was hanging her head, and staring at the flames. Then she suddenly felt like the fire was surrounding her, and she couldn't breathe. She came back to reality, and she lost her breath. She inhaled water, then she closed her eyes and her body went limp.

Daniel opened his door. "What do you want, man?! It's late!"
