Daniel turned when he saw Jennifer. "You shouldn't be here." He said.
He couldn't help but feel like crying looking at Maddie like this, but he didn't.
"Muffins. One of the worlds most processed foods. Maddie likes unhealthy stuff." Daniel said under his breath. He put some muffin in Maddie's mouth.

Daniel got out of Tartarus and watched Maddie as they dragged her to camp. Wherever they dragged her, the grass would die or a bush would shrivel. He felt like crying.
