Moon frowned. "But-"
"I'm the Greek leader, right?" Maddie raised an eyebrow. "Let her come. No one can stop three violent, awesome sauce girls."

Moon sighed. "Fine. We better get going, then."
"Are you going to bring your bow?!" Maddie grinned. "You could be like Katniss Everdeen! You could be all, 'Shoot, shoot, shoot! Explosion, explosion, explosion! DEATHHH!'"
"Uh...I don't have exploding arrows, but yeah," Moon said, taking out her bow.
"Yes!" Maddie pumped her fist in the air, and began walking to the city.

Maddie decided not to question Annabeth's blushing. When she got to the city, her face paled. "It's even worse than before..."
Abby and Daniel were lifting crates and putting them in dirty, beat-up trucks. Celeste was directing terrified people to basements and cellars, assuring them that this is only temporary. All three of them had gashes and dirt smeared on their clothes and body.

Maddie ran to Daniel and Abby, and helped them lift the crates. For once, the streets of Manhattan were basically deserted, except for people busily trying to get to somewhere safe.
"The Romans are out of control," Celeste said, wiping sweat off of her forehead. "They aren't even acting like themselves anymore. We're suspecting some of them are possessed by eidolons. Some insane dude with blond hair is now ruling the Romans. He's almost as crazy as Maddie."

"We have no idea," Celeste said quietly.
Moon picked Maddie up and put her on top of one of the trucks.
"Listen up!" Maddie shouted as loudly as she could. "All stores in Manhattan are to be closed immediately, except for ones that sell dry food and water. I mean, the water shouldn't be dry, because then it wouldn't really be water, but...you know. If you cannot find a cellar or basement to live in, you are to stay in your homes. This is a bloody catastrophe, so I won't blame you if you had a little panic attack. Keep heart attacks to a minimum, though."

"This shouldn't last too long!" Maddie said loudly. "I'm pretty sure the water won't be cut off, because I think even the evilest of people will want you to keep showering. No one wants one of the busiest cities in the world to stink." Maddie got off of the truck, and people began to murmur quietly.

"Um...okay," Maddie said. "The rest of you will follow me back to camp."
"Good idea," Moon said. "We have some ideas to discuss."

Chiron called all the cabin leaders, and told them to meet in the Big House.

Chris laughed. "That song is so annoying."
