Annabeth didn't say anything.
"What are you waiting for? Let's go!" Leo said.
"Fine." Annabeth said, and she climbed onto Festus' back.

Festus took off into the sky, going very fast. Annabeth was nervous, and she didn't even bother to look down.

"I see Maddie!" Moon said, pointing to Maddie. She was sitting across a couch and eating a sandwich made entirely out of candy. Jack was sitting next to her, and staring at the sandwich.
"Is it good?" Jack asked.
"Duh," Maddie said. "Candy is the best thing in the world."
"I thought music was." Jack said.
Maddie shrugged and smiled. "They share a spot."
