Maddie quietly opened Leo's door. She sat down next to him, and waited for him to wake up. She hoped he felt better. She just knew she got him sick, and that thought made her feel sick all over again.

"Oh, yeah, I guess it is." Maddie smiled. "I always wanted a sister that doesn't try to ruin my life! I wasn't really an only child, but I felt like it because I was forbidden to talk to other human beings. I did it anyways, because being forbidden just made me want to do it more."

"Eh. I found it quite ironic that we were having a war for freedom and liberty, but I was just standing all alone in my home, forbidden to do anything. In a way, no one really knew about me. Everyone who ever did discover I was alive got killed, so the government really couldn't help." Maddie said. "But at least I died at a young age so I could escape it all. Dying was the best thing that ever happened to me."
