Back in the underworld, Hades was furious. Annabeth had escaped him. He grinned and evil grin. Maybe, if nobody remembered Annabeth, they wouldn't go looking for her when he captured her. Right then, he removed everyone's memories of Annabeth, and it was like they never knew her.
