Laiea and Tessa walked into Olympus.
"Hey." Laiea said.

Maddie drove her dad's car to the airport, and got in the plane. She felt a little guilty, but she just needed to do this. She got in the plane to California, and waited for the ten hour flight to be over.

"Fine." Athena grumbled.
Scarlet went to Aphrodite and they started talking about fashion stuff.
"I don't remember the prophecy but it mainly is if I turn you smart, you will be more dangerous than Maddie. You and Gaea will team up and fight us." Athena said.
"Don't turn me smart then." Tessa looked hurt.
"You have to eat an apple of the hesprides to get smart." Athena said.
"So just a hercules thing." Tessa muttered.
"Oh no." Athena groaned.
"What?" Zeus asked.
"I told you the prophecy. Now your smart." Athena said.
Tessa's eyes turned from gold to gray again.
"Uh oh! RUN!" Scarlet and Laiea ran in circles screaming.

Maddie finally arrived to her hotel around the evening. "Whoa..." She muttered. It was HUGE!
"Like it?" A woman asked.
Maddie didn't respond. Instead, she ran to the fridge, grabbed all the Coke and pudding a girl could ask for, and plopped down lazily on the couch to watch television.
The woman chuckled a bit. "Good." She left the room.

"Okay, I'll tell you the story." Maddie said. "I couldn't fall asleep two nights ago, so I started singing and playing my guitar to the stars." She paused, wondering if she should tell Annabeth why, and decided not to. "Anyways, I thought I sounded pretty good. So I recorded the song I sang and sent it to a contest thinking 'Pfft, I'm not gonna win' then I get a phone call that's all like 'You won!' and I'm like 'Omigosh omigosh I won what did I win?'" Maddie took a deep breath and swallowed to regain her energy to speak. "And then their all 'You won a three month trip to California, where you can sing on stage occasionally!' and I'm like 'Uh...I need to think about this....' And then I decided I do wanna go. So here I am." Maddie said. "Eating pudding like a boss."
