Once long ago there was a king y the name of John. John was a good king in matter of fact he was one of the greatest. His reign was a peaceful and prosperous one everyone in the kingdom loved him, but like all loved rulers there were people that wanted him dead and one of them was his brother Jared. Jared was the ambitious spoiled pne of the family and got what ever he wanted. Right now all Jared wanted was the throne and he planned on getting it. He spent years and years plotting hw knew that if he took John on in a 1v1 fight cause John was a better fighter and tacticion. One day when the Kingdom was at its highest King John got assassinated by someone hired by Jared no one knew but a select few of 5 knights. The knights were forced to flee because of the threat by the now King Jared. They fled to a nearby kingdom called Tamworth. After awhile more and more knights showed up.

Rhydian walked around his s.all stronghold he and the other knights had built in the kingdom of Tamworth it ha been 2 years since the fall of King John and the rise of the corrupted King Jared he and the other knights have been under able to infiltrate there home kingdom of Ulearic because the guards loyal to King Jared outnumber the ones that were loyal to King John

"Rhydian, wait!" Jackie called from behind him as the ball she was trying to catch missed her hands. It hit him right in the back of the head. Jackie laughed and high-fived the thrower.

Rhydian turned around picking up the ball he popped it in his hands dropping it he walked away feeling a little regretful for popping their ball they were only trying to have fun but being the leader he had a lot of responsibility and fun was at the bottom of his list right now he had to make sure everything was strong well built and would hold up like he did every week at least twice

He whirled around looking at Jackie " Don't you dare mention that evil name here!" Then he turned back around his hands clenched remembering the night King John was assassinated he was there he was John's personal guard he had been watching John the whole time. He had turned around for only a minute or two and when he turned back around the assassin was fighting with John but the assassin was to good for him... Rhydian would never forget that night as he walked he fell to one knee as pain shot through his chest where he was stabbed during there escape five years ago

Jackie paused for a moment, but decided that her comment was justified. Even though it caused Rhydian great distress, Jackie knew she was right. Even if they were preparing for an attack, King John would never let his people suffer. She remembered the day of his assassination as a very sad day of fighting, but also a day of new beginnings.
"Rhydian, I'm sorry," she said. "I shouldn't have said that. But I was still right. I know defense if important, but what's the point of defending a place you don't want to be in?" She turned back to find a new ball to continue her game with the children.
