Leo shrugged. "Let's go see." He ran towards the crashing, and he saw to hydras. He froze, but all of a sudden, Annabeth ran to the hydras, and started to kill them. She seemed to be much weaker than normal, but she didn't give up.

The first hydra dissolved, but the second was much stronger. Annabeth continued fighting it, and once she stabbed it, it pierced her with a sharp claw. Annabeth stabbed it one last time, and the hydra dissolved, but Annabeth collapsed to the ground.
