Percy continued to have the nightmare.
In his dream, he and Annabeth were fighting some telkhines. Most of them were dead, and they were about to win the battle. Percy heard Annabeth gasp. He turned around, and saw Annabeth on the ground, with a spear poking out of her back.
Percy continued to toss and turn, but he didn't wake up. The nightmare replayed over and over again.
