Charlie softly put his hand against the back of Zoe's head, ruffling her hair. He noticed how much taller he was compared to her ; Zoe's face was about at his chest. He didn't really know why he noticed something like that, which made him feel embarrassed, but he continued to hold Zoe, wrapping his other arm around her waist. Brushing his fingers against her bleeding forearm, he simply mumbled, "I know."
