"Shh!" Christiana hushed. "Don't tell him that! He'll run away! Plus, I forgot the burlap sack at home." She got down on her knee, and held a brownie out to Leo. "This is our humble peace offering. Forgive Noel for her crazy fangirl ways."
"Please marry me!" Noel screamed. "I'll pay you if you do!"

"Yup," Christiana said. "I also ship you and Calypso, but apparently you got a new girlfriend." She rolled her eyes. "Calypso was perfect!"
"No she wasn't!" Noel yelled. "Caleo sucks!"
Christiana sighed. "Whatever. I ship Will and Nico, too. Gotta ship them gay ships, right?" She grinned slightly.
"I heard the word ship, and here I am!" Maddie popped out of nowhere. "Everlark, Percabeth, Fourtris!"

"No, Piper stinks," Maddie said. "There's a world beyond the books, you know. Other campers that the books never introduced. Cough cough, me. And whoever the little girl that's hugging Leo is, back off."
Noel glared at Maddie. "You're his girlfriend? I'll have you know I took a month of karate classes."
"It's complicated," Maddie said. "And I'm also a daughter of Hades, so get off your high horse."

Maddie's face turned bright red, and she shyly looked at the ground.
"Noooo!" Noel screamed, writhing on the ground sadly.
"Who is this goddess who has earned Leo's love?" Christiana gasped.
"Maddie," Maddie said, still blushing a bit. "I'm a fangirl, too. Leo was my favorite character, so I know how Noel feels."

"I know right!" Maddie squealed and grinned.
