"TO THE STABLES!!" Maddie cried, following Celeste.
Charlie sighed, looking annoyed, randomly stretching a rubber band in between his fingers.

When they got there, Percy and Annabeth were curled up on the floor together, fast asleep.

"I'm right here," Hedge grumbled. He looked at Percy and Annabeth, and he trudged over to them.
"Get up, you two!!" He shouted at them.
Percy immediately stood up, and helped Annabeth up. They both looked guilty.

Charlie was picking at a plate of waffles, not looking very hungry. His eyes were bloodshot, like he was crying earlier.
"Waffles!" Maddie grinned. She took Charlie's plate, and began eating it.
Charlie didn't seem to mind, or maybe he was too absorbed in his thoughts to notice.
Celeste rolled her eyes. "Can't you just eat something healthy for once?"
Maddie laughed. "You're kidding, right?"
