A boy suddenly ran into the woods, and he accidentally ran straight into Annabeth, shoving her to the ground. Annabeth glared at the boy.
"What are you doing?!" She should at him.
"Sorry!" He said, his face turning red. "I'm Devin, by the way."
Annabeth didn't say anything. She just glared at Devin, but the look in her eyes wasn't very convincing. She didn't look too angry.

At dinner, Maddie watched Annabeth and Devin. "This might be interesting."
"Stalk much?" Daniel asked.
"Stalking is fun." Maddie smiled, and she put a hat on her head that looked strange.
"What's that?" Daniel asked.
"A hat," Maddie said. "Made out of forks. Jealous?"
"What's the point of a hat made out of forks?" Daniel asked.
"...To make people jealous that I have a hat out of forks and they don't." Maddie grinned.

"I want a fork hat now." Daniel said quietly.
"I made one out of knives, but that didn't work out too well. I stabbed someone by accident." Maddie said.
"Accident...riiiiiiiight..." Daniel said, smirking. "I would normally believe it was an accident if you were someone else, but with you, you can never really tell."
