Mike shook his head, "Look sweetheart to bust your bubble, but I have to do this alone." he said. Mike was afraid she would get hurt, or worse, captured or killed. She was already shaken up, and he didn't exactly want someone with him on this. Everyone seemed to be inexperienced with this kind of situation. And he didn't want to take risky chances.
