Eli bowed his head and started whispering things she couldn't hear, he closed his eyes. His voice didn't sound the same, and the shadow turned back into its human figure. It turned its red "eyes" to her.

Eli stood up slowly, I'm front of him a shadowy figure appeared, but stayed in the dark shadows. Eli raised his head slowly, and only said in a weird voice, "...I'm ready, Uncle..." the area around him started turning black. Eli shook his head and his eyes turned golden again, he turned to Lily and said in his regular voice, "R-run...Lily..."

Lily didn't know how long she ran. She possibly ran for several minutes. She didn't know why she was running, but she knew where. She found Annabeth and Percy. Percy was on the ground, unconscious.

Eli felt his scar beginning to sting and he went through the black and gold eyes endlessly, until he fell unconscious. Hades picked up Eli, before Eli disappeared with Hades he used the last of his strength to leave the shadow behind and turn it back so it wasn't evil.
