Annabeth smiled to herself. It felt good to talk about her feelings and not be judged.

Annabeth started to think of some reasons why Percy would be so depressed. None of them sounded anything like Percy, though.

Eli felt better as he slept, it was the first one in a while, but Eli couldn't get up he stayed sleeping as the days passed by. Sometimes he would hear Hades, and when he did he tried waking up but couldn't. The wound he had was now only a scar but started hurting whenever he heard Hades.

Percy was ready to leave the camp. He didn't tell anyone else about it, so only Eli and Chiron knew. He felt like something was missing, just as he reached the borders.

Eli started struggling, trying to wake up. Eli started sending out a wave of darkness, which made his whole entire cabin go into a cloak of darkness, which made his cabin turn pitch black and visible, even from far away.

Eli didn't respond as he felt somone dragging him out, and made his cabin back to normal. He made a fuzzy looking shadow and had it spell something out on the ground, "Can't wake up... Hades" and the shadow started shrinking as Eli winced.

"What did Percy tell you." Annabeth said in a bitter tone, to tell Eli she wouldn't take "no" as an answer.

Eli realized Percy left already and looked at Annabeth, "It's time to go..." Eli's shadow grew as tall as Eli and he winced a little, the shadow came back with a stick made as a makeshift cane. Eli started walking towards the exit of the camp with the shadow following, Eli followed footprints he would find occasionally, expecting Annabeth to follow.

Eli turned around and narrowed his golden-gray eyes at her, "Go on Annabeth... kill me, stab me, do whatever... but I'm the only one who knows how to find Percy and what happened..." he let go of the shadow and his cane, he raised his arms and glared at her, waiting for her to use the knife.

"I'm not telling you, Percy has to... but I think you would be able to figure it out if you asked yourself ' Why would Percy be this far from camp?'..." he said kind of sarcastically as he grabbed his cane.

Eli stopped and pointed his finger to his lips, motioning to stay silent. He pulled back a few leaves from the bushes and showed someone there. Eli whispered in only a voice Annabeth could here, "Percy..." he pointed to the figure a few feet away.

Annabeth didn't dare say a word. She watched as Percy walked farther away from her. Percy suddenly stopped, and shoved his hand in his pocket, ready to turn his magical pen into a sword. He relaxed after he scanned his surroundings, and continued to walk away.

Eli took a deep breath and nodded to his shadow. The shadow disappeared and Eli ran straight at Percy before he walked too far away, tackling him to the ground while the shadow helped pin him down, Eli yelled, "Annabeth! "
