The drakon roared again, and Moon heard several other roars. She saw many, many more monsters coming out of the woods. Then Maddie came out of the woods, shrieking. There were chains on her feet, like she escaped from somewhere, and her clothes were stained with a lot of blood.
"Moon!" She yelled. "Monsters are coming to attack--" She looked up at the drakon. "Oh, you already found out." She coughed. "Too late."
