Maddie shrugged. "I'll be able to kill it. But if you get grossed out by blood, you might want to cover your eyes."
The Nemean Lion ran in front of Maddie and Andrew and roared loudly. Maddie jumped from the tree, again like Spiderman, and jumped on top of the Nemean Lion.

Andrew didn't say anything. He just stood there silently, watching carefully.
Annabeth suddenly ran into the woods, right towards the Nemean Lion. She took out her sword, hoping the lion had a weak spot.

The lion roared, trying to shake Maddie off. Maddie hung on tightly to the Nemean Lion's neck, hoping to kill it. She clenched her teeth together, like she was having a rough time hanging on.
