Daniel smiled a little when he saw Ella doing that, but he frowned again. It reminded him too much of Maddie, except her hair was always curly, and she wore shirts that made Daniel fall over laughing.

She lost. "Waaah!" She complained. Her phone ringed. "Hello? Tina? Omigod I miss you! I can't go to your party. I'm in New York. Your in wisconsin. Text me!" Ella chatted with Tina for a bit longer and then put her phone away and gazed thoughtfully at the sunset.

Daniel tried pushing Maddie out of his head. They've been without each other long than this. He's only not seen her for a few days.....but it still worried him. Sometimes it felt like they were jointed at the hip. Something bad ALWAYS happens when they are apart. Daniel sighed, also finding himself staring at the sunset, until his eyes hurt from the sun.
