Maddie sighed.
"I have a book in my room. I'll go get it." Maddie said, getting up and quickly walking to her room.
She grabbed the book and thought,
Maybe... just maybe if I read it and tried to do it... I wouldn't have to wear the locket anymore.
Maddie smiled a little and brought it back to Annabeth, Percy, and Leo.
