Arachne hissed at Maddie, and looked at Annabeth. "How dare you return?!"
"You are the Parthenos, don't you?" Annabeth asked, looking serious.
"You are quite a clever girl, aren't you, Chase?" Arachne chuckled.
Annabeth smirked, trying not to laugh.
"What's so funny?" Arachne asked.
"Nothing," Annabeth said, laughing a bit.
"Then why are you laughing?"
"No reason," Annabeth, fighting back laughter.
