Most of these animes aren't completely about on romance, but a good chunk of the plot has romance in it, so . . .:
Angel Beats (this is the saddest thing I've ever watched brace yourself my dude)
Yuri! On Ice (if you're homophobic . . . this ain't gonna work . . . :I)
Free! Eternal Summer/Iwatobi Swim School (love this so much I cri)
Orange (dunno what else to say about this. It's good, simple plot, beautiful artwork. Very nice, just watch it.)
Yamada-Kun and the Seven Witches (LOTS of romance, good humor)
and finally *screams at the top of my lungs* ERASED!!!!!!! Best anime ever IMO. It's literally so good just ugh so good. Please watch it. So good. Lots of feels. Happy ending. So cute. WATCH IT.

Noragami is more of an action and supernatural anime, but over time there's some romance going on between two characters ^-^ Although, romance isn't what it's mainly about.
