Annabeth knew this part of the forest was too dangerous, but she knew Eli wouldn't listen to her, so she remained quiet. Suddenly, an arrow struck Annabeth in the chest, and she fell.

Eli saw where the arrow came from and disappeared into the shadows, then he reappeared behind the attacker and struck them with my sword. After the attacker went down, Eli picked up Annabeth and disappeared through the shadows, going to the entrance of the camp.

Eli sighed and the door opened. The doctor came out saying, "Annabeth is fine, but she should take it easy l, that arrow just barely hit her heart." The doctor went back inside, Eli got up and started leaving the infirmary, heading towards the forest again.
