Annabeth scowled, turning on the screen of her phone. Apparently she had gotten a text message, because it only looked like she was reading something.

Celeste waited for Annabeth to finish reading the text message.
"I don't know," Maddie said. "Just about a ticking sound in the woods."
Suddenly, a boy appeared from behind a tree, and the ticking sound got louder. He had a small, bloody axe in each hand, and was wearing a black mask. "W-would you two m-mind shutting u-up?" He kept stuttering at his speech, but it was in more of an angry way than a nervous way.
Maddie frowned. "Are you holding bomb or something?"

Leo raised an eyebrow. "Something's really suspicious."

"What's wrong?" Celeste asked.
"S-suspicious?!" The boy shouted, obviously having anger issues. "Why a-are two t-teenagers j-just walking around t-the woods, u-unarmed?!"
Maddie took out a knife and a gun. "Is that armed enough for you, or should I go get my rifle?"
The boy might've scowled, but Maddie couldn't even see any part of his face with his mask on.

"...J-just call me T-Toby," the boy muttered. "T-that's my actual n-name, anyway."
"How old are you?" Maddie asked. "You look like you should be in school right now."
"I'm older than e-eighteen, for y-your information!" Toby snapped. "...B-but I w-was h-homeschooled since f-first grade, b-because e-everybody p-picks on the 's-special' kid, t-the one w-with all t-the mental d-disorders a-and this t-t-tick!"

Snuffles2222 Celeste frowned, curious who was calling Annabeth, but didn't want to snoop on her. She shook Annabeth's shoulder. "Annabeth, wake up."
Maddie nodded, and suddenly heard a faint ticking sound. It sounded almost like a bomb but it didn't get any faster or louder, just a constant ticking.

"Abigail Hills, but you can just call me Abby, sweetie." Abby smiled, and even though she didn't sound sarcastic she wasn't exactly sincere. "What's your name?"
Sierra cocked a brow. "Sierra Mason.. "She replied. Her lips pursed," Who's your parent?"

"Where does he live?" Celeste asked.
"A-and y-you don't," Toby murmured.
"...Ticci Toby, right?" Maddie asked.
Toby didn't say anything.
"I asked you a question," Maddie said. "Either you're Ticci Toby or you're really, really good at cosplay."
Toby still didn't say anything.
Maddie frowned. "Tic-"
"Stop calling me that!" Toby shouted, and slammed one of his axes into a tree.

"Oh, I'm mortal, but I was blessed by Aphrodite, so you can just say I'm a daughter of Aphrodite," Abby said.

"So you are, then," Maddie said. "If you admit it I'll stop calling you Ticci-"
"I-it's my n-nickname, a-alright?!" Toby shouted. "It's n-not my a-actual name." He straightened up, calming down, and pulled his axe out of the tree. "W-who're you?"
"I'm Maddie, and that's Leo," Maddie said. "Just saying, you're the coolest CreepyPasta."
Maddie thought Toby blushed, but he still had his mask covering his face. "U-uh...thanks."

"K-killers don't u-usually get into r-relationships," Toby said.
"Wait, are you referring to me or yourself?" Maddie asked. When Toby laughed, she said, "I'm being serious."
"O-oh," Toby said. "M-myself, y-you don't r-really look c-capable of k-killing."

Abby nodded. "Let me go get my swimsuit. I'll be back in a few minutes." She ran back to the Aphrodite cabin, and came back a few minutes later in a pink swimsuit.
