Charlie flinched. "Who brought her here?!"
"Me," Celeste said. "I don't like hurting people, so I get other people to do it for me."
"I'm okay with it." Maddie shrugged.

Charlie wiped blood off of his face, giving Maddie a dirty look. "I gave her a plague-like disease. It was in a shot I gave her. I stole your TARDIS and got some diseases from...my era."
Maddie coughed. "YOUR era. My era, you mean."
Charlie rolled his eyes and continued. "I thought it was a perfect time to give it to her right now while she was injured, because it'd look inconspicuous. But I guess you guys figured it out. It'll only get worse from her. More infections, endless pain, and eventually death. Unless you get the cure."
"Why did you even do it, anyway?!" Celeste scowled.
Charlie didn't say anything.

"What do you mean by everybody?" Celeste asked.
"Your little group," Charlie narrowed his eyes at them. "You, Maddie, Leo, Percy...all of you. It won't be long now that I know it works. Daniel and I will finally get what we deserve."
"Idiot," Maddie muttered. "You just told us your plan. What kind of evil genius are you?!"
"You forced me!" Charlie screamed.

"Many diseases were put into that injection," Charlie said. "There's only one cure." He took out a little bottle.
Maddie tried to snatch it out of his hands, but it disappeared into a mist. "Where did it go?!"
"Where the tea party was," Charlie said. "I know you love it, Maddie."
"What's he talking about?" Celeste asked.
"Better not be what I think he's talking about," Maddie said angrily.
