Maddie silently crawled into Annabeth's cabin through the window, and unscrewed her light bulb. She disappeared, then reappeared outside of Annabeth's cabin. She closed her window, and pushed the light bulb into her pocket.

Maddie kissed Leo back. "I prefer candy over gasoline though. It's not really good for you, but it's tasty. Candy, I mean. Not gasoline." She shivered. "Gods, I remember once when I was sick, my dad told me to drink gasoline. I got better, but it seriously tastes like Tartarus fire."

"Oh, wait, you've never been to Tartarus..." Maddie frowned. "Tartarus fire tastes like every medication in the world that's supposed to taste like fruit, mixed in to one. I mean, I doubt doctors ever even TRIED a grape, if they think that's what it tastes like. No, grapes don't taste like you're a cat puking a hairball."
