Eli raised a hand to her, signalling for her to wait. Eli focused on the sky, and soon a loud screeching noise could be heard. "Not anymore..." he walked more towards the center of the open meadow.

A large thud came from the other side of the meadow, in the shadow of the trees. Eli stared in the darkness, his eyes glowed a golden color as he looked in the darkness and saw what it was. Then another pair of golden eyes looked right back at them, and another screech began.
