Eli watched from a corner in the dark, his golden eyes were the only thing about him that was visible. He knew Annabeth was dead, he knew people would come for her as well. He crossed his arms and stayed silent, listening to the conversation.

Eli put a hand on his chin, "The fact of the matter is, not that she didn't deserve to, but that she was the one who took her own. Why would I bring back someone who wants to be dead, based on the fact that your sad about it?" He smoothed his hair back out of frustration, "If I were to just bring back people all because someone wants them back... tell me, who would still be left down here?"

"All you need to do is give someone this..." Eli handed Leo a ring, "Make sure they wear it, once they do... Annabeth's life switches with the one with the ring... as simple as that..." Eli's eyes flashed for a second as he handed him the ring, the ring seemed to glow golden like his eyes and fade off into a pitch black color.
