Eli stopped speaking and grabbed his sword, his sword glowed black as hit the side of the tree with his sword. The tree began turning black from the cut, the leaves started falling, and the branches curled. Eli put his hand over the tree and his eyes began glowing gold.

He let go and his eyes turned back gray, he sent a shadow into the tree, restoring its life. He stared towards the deeper part of the woods and then looked as the sun began setting. "Are you not going to go back to camp, Lily? It will be dangerous tonight..."

Eli found a cave, and looked up seeing she was in a tree, "You do know its going to rain don't you?" It started to slowly rain, Eli grabbed a few piles of wood and went inside.

Eli's eyes glowed a golden color as he sat in the back of cave, and made a fire from the the wood. He sighed and layed on layed on his back, looking at the fire upside down. His eyes changing back gray as light came into the cave.
