"Stand back guys! It's risky, but I don't have a choice. Just cover your ears," with that, Luna pointed her finger at the wall and sent a burst of energy. After a huge bang and the smoke cleared, the walls ashes were all that was left.

Sassy, Maddie thought, and she yanked the knives out from her stomach and her shoulder. She laid them down on the ground silently, and wrapped her wounds in bandages. She laid down and tried to fall asleep.

Maddie turned on her side and stared at her map. She stared at the area she crossed out, and she watched as water dropped on the map. At first she thought it was the rain, but then she realized she was crying. She took a deep breath, and folded the map away. It began raining heavily, and she curled up tightly. Silent tears ran down her face.
