How do I know what level I am? I want to buy bunnies but it tells me I'm not a high enough level. I don't even know how to check my level or increase it.

you are level 5. look at the number next to your avatar and also on the home page in front of Quests and delivery at the top right.
to change level, you must complete the quests below

Also, if I remember correctly, in order to raise your level for buying bunnies, you need to send a few to the pet store. I could be wrong.
