bought $5 worth of rubies through paypal first time I did they arrived quickly been waiting an hour now, was wondering how long it usually takes to arrive for other people. As well as when I should message someone about it. Thank you

This just happened to me. Its been over an hour. At first I saw my tubies, then they all disapeared and the ruby page keeps crashing, but my bank account shows that the money went through. Did your rubies ever come in?

Well usually it takes seconds or a whole day for your rubies to appear. I recommend texting alantheo

Your ruby purchase must be approved by a moderator before they are credited to your account, sometimes it takes a few hours or days before they log on.

Its been a week almost now, and the moderators have messaged me back saying they will look into it, but nothing so far. The ruby page also won't load. It has a crash kinda screen
