The drakon didn't die. This time, it bit Celeste, who yelped loudly.
"This isn't right..." Maddie muttered. "Why isn't it dying?!"
She tried stabbing it with her sword, but it still didn't die.

Luna sighed, then Apparated into the Underworld, in front of Hades throne. Hades jumped.
"WHAT IN THE NAME OF TARTURUS IS ANOTHER DEMIGOD HERE?" He growled. Luna smirked, undaunted. "I need Leo Valdez's mother, in exchange for... " She whipped out the jar of fire. "YOU stole my fire? " Hades shouted, shocked. "Your just a little girl!" Luna growled, whipped out her wand and zapped Hades in the stomach. "Give me Leo's mom, and I swear on the River Styx I will give you your fire, IF you also swear that you will bring her back!"

Celeste shot another arrow at the drakon, then fell to the ground.
"Celeste!!" Maddie shouted.
The drakon lurched forward to bite Celeste again, but Maddie pushed Celeste out of the way.

"Maddie, get Celeste to the infirmary," Annabeth said. She tried stabbing the drakon with the little strength the had, and then she collapsed.

"Oh, so I guess it's just me now," Maddie muttered.
The drakon roared, and Maddie got an idea. She threw her knife into the drakon's open mouth. It gagged for a few minutes, then fell to the ground, alive but still choking. Maddie dragged Annabeth and Celeste to the infirmary, panting.

Annabeth didn't move at all. She was extremely pale, and her arm was still bleeding a lot.

Maddie tried bandaging Annabeth's arm to stop the bleeding.
After a few minutes, Celeste began coughing.
"W-...w-why didn't it d-die?" Celeste muttered.
Maddie shook her head. "I don't know, but it's not good."

Hades rubbed his chin. "Well.... I will give you Leo's mother in exchange for the fire, but you must promise me that no more demigods will come down to get anyone! "I promise!" Luna grinned. But she was crossing her fingers behind her back.


Hades gestured to the jar. "Give me the fire, I swear upon the River Styx I will bring Leo Valdez's mom back! " Luna handed him the jar, suspicious. Hades snapped his fingers, and a middle-aged hispanic woman appeared. Luna, grinned, and Apparated with a shocked Esperanza Valdez to Leo's cabin.

(I don't know what Leo's mom's name was, just made up one.)

Suddenly, Luna gasped. She left Esperanza Valdez in front of Leo's cabin and quickly appeared in front of Celeste and Maddie. "Death-death is chained again!! Thanatos is captured! He must be released!" With that, she Apparated to a confused looking Esperanza Valdez.
