 Is anyone else unable to harvest their crops?

Hello, yesterday my shrub seeds were supposed to be harvested, but I couldn't. It said (planted 4 days ago, harvest in 0 days) but no matter how many times I tried, I was unable to harvest them. Now they're supposed to be flowers (planted 5 days ago, harvest in 3 days) but they still look like they did yesterday and the days before (a three-leafed plant, like all crops look the first couple of days after planting seeds).
Guessing it's some kind of glitch? Is this happening to anyone else?

that happened to me too! now they are going to be harvested as seeds and im worried they will not be able to be harvested and i would have wasted like 10 days on a stupid plant
