I tried to exchange 100 chest coins for something and I couldn't. I have around 253 chest coins, and YES, they ARE chest coins. Also, this is my first time exchanging it and it gives you an error message. What did I do wrong?

you can not, it is you who must give magic objects to receive 100 coins. you can not trade chest coins for magic items
