what does the blue stars mean? (1 gold star = 1st division, 2 gold stars = 2nd division...) what are the blue ones??

After the 3 yellow stars there will be blue stars, like: ⭐️ — division 1, ⭐️ ⭐️—division 2, ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ — division 3, then 1 blue star — division 4 and so on.
